๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Develop deep understanding of our cloud management platform and client needs.
  • Maintain ownership of customers; coordinate with vendor teams to show growth.
  • Manage support escalations to resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and close long-term commitments with key stakeholders.
  • Identify new workload opportunities in the customer's Cloud Environment / SaaS solutions.
  • Establish regular cadence with your customer portfolio; balance large and growing clients.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management for the EMEA market.
  • 2+ years at a technology company (SaaS/Cloud vendor).
  • Experience supporting customers in AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
  • Strong verbal/written English and Dutch; additional languages a plus.
  • Strong technical skills to engage with engineering teams.
  • Strong operational/administration skills; detail-oriented.
