📋 Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers in order to generate job opportunities for our
• Market job opportunities to job-seekers through one-on-one meetings and on-site recruitment events
• Build a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill open positions, screen them according to the job
• Work closely with Career Advisors to determine the types of jobs that match the skills and
• Develop individual assessment based on participants performance and reports on participant progress
• Provide instruction on workplace expectations to include behavior on the job, getting along with

🎯 Requirements

• College degree preferred in related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-5 years experience as an Account Manager/ Job Developer or working with adults
• Must be able to work independently or in a team environment
• Ability to assess individual skills with precision and make appropriate referrals
• Ability to problem solve and work with a diverse customer base
• Must have the ability to work well with all levels of the organization and individuals with
