Account Manager (Field based)

📋 Description

• Support independent customers and identify new business opportunities
• Understand customer objectives and advise on achieving them in short and long term
• Use Autotrader data and insights to influence decision-making and drive digital performance
• Deliver meaningful commercial outcomes
• Educate customers on digital products to support growth and efficiency
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular site visits

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B account management, consultative business partner, or Customer Success role
• Track record of achieving commercial KPIs (revenue growth, product adoption, retention)
• Strong commercial acumen - spot growth opportunities and mitigate risk
• Confidence communicating with customers and influencing decisions
• Experience turning data and insight into actionable recommendations
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

• Basic salary £40,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance
