Serve as main contact for inbound queries and renewal discussions for Financial Services clients
Retain and grow a book of business across Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Banks, PE, etc.
Collaborate with Account Executives to identify growth within client accounts
Provide feedback to product/marketing/sales to improve strategy
Participate in onboarding and training initiatives for new users
Maintain proactive outreach with relevant material for users

Relationship-driven with Fortune 1000 or financial services clients
Subject matter expert with strong business acumen
Energetic, creative, and quick to learn
Understand our SaaS business and AI/research products
Committed to delivering results with grit and initiative
Strong communicator with ability to explain complex issues
