📋 Description

• Own and manage the relationship with a portfolio of customers.
• Build relationships with the C-Suite and Product teams to grow revenue.
• Meet revenue targets; close upsell opportunities and renewals.
• Help customers integrate and launch on Plaid.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex customer challenges.

• Demonstrated relationship management and sales experience.
• Customer empathy and strong desire to see customers succeed.
• Desire to learn Plaid's APIs.
• Familiarity with financial services and technical products; strong curiosity.
• Strong ability to build long-lasting relationships with diverse people.
• Executive-level communication skills – written and verbal.
