• Serve as first-level support for existing clients

🎯 Requirements

• Research prospective clients via internet, trade shows, referrals and directories
• Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data (names, titles, contacts)
• Generate daily mailings to prospective clients using updated spreadsheets
• Cold call prospective clients
• Liaise with production to ensure jobs are handled with attention to detail
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery and service
