Account Manager, Health Plans

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for payor partners; lead exec reviews.
• Build ROI stories using outcomes, access, and utilization data.
• Grow accounts beyond initial contract; expand geographies and products.
• Drive member utilization; partner on engagement, referrals, and campaigns.
• Partner with Payor Contracting on renewals and new agreements.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, credentialing, compliance, legal, finance, and operations.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 5+ years in strategic account management or payor-facing roles
• Proven track record of growing accounts (expansion, utilization, revenue)
• Knowledge of managed care and payor landscape; value-based programs
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills; translate data into value
• Executive presence and strong written/verbal communication; able to work remotely
