📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of payor partners. Own the day-to-day
• Demonstrate SonderMind's value. Build and deliver the ROI story for each partner using clinical
• Grow each account organically beyond the initial contract. Identify and pursue expansion
• Drive member utilization of SonderMind services. Partner with payors on member engagement, referral
• Partner with the Payor Contracting team on renewals and new agreements, bringing relationship

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related degree
• Minimum five years in strategic account management, partner growth, or payor-facing relationship
• Proven track record of growing accounts: expanding offerings, increasing utilization, or driving
• Knowledge of managed care and the payor landscape, including familiarity with alternative payment
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn outcomes and utilization data
• Executive presence and strong communication skills: written, verbal, analytical
