📋 Description

  • Own revenue targets for renewals, expansions, upsells, and cross-sells
  • Develop growth strategies with Sales and Customer Success
  • Lead pricing, expansion, and renewal conversations with customers
  • Forecast revenue and maintain accurate pipeline reporting
  • Lead and coach Account Managers on consultative selling
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Ops, and Resolution to close opportunities

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 4-6 years experience in Sales, Account Exec, or Account Management
  • 2+ years leadership or team lead experience
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and contract negotiations
