Account Manager, Local Client Success

📋 Description

• Helping drive client retention, identify opportunities for growth, and support media planning
• Working closely with multiple cross-functional teams (Axios Creative House, Events, Brand
• Managing all post-sale campaign elements, including ownership across kick-off calls, production
• Pull reports and use analytics to make data-driven campaign optimization recommendations.
• Partner with sales teams on pre-sale needs, including proposals, RFP responses, and media planning
• Develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with team and company goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of digital campaign planning and execution experience in a publisher or agency environment
• Agile and adaptable in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting all deadlines and
• Experience developing media plans and recommending products and campaign strategies based on client
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships and orchestrate effective communication
• Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills with obsessive attention to
• Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
