Account Manager (Logistics)

📋 Description

• Act as point of contact for strategic client programs in exports
• Coordinate carrier ops, lane activations and trade compliance
• Triage issues and coordinate resolution with hub ops and tech teams
• Prepare client reporting with Data and Ops teams
• Support scoping and rollout of new features and geographies

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in account/program management in logistics or cross-border trade
• Strong trade and export compliance knowledge
• Excellent stakeholder management with internal/external teams
• Highly organized with multiple concurrent workstreams
• Strong written/verbal communication; capable presenting to senior stakeholders
• Analytical with data to track metrics and inform decisions
