Support clients in interpreting terms and respond promptly to inquiries.
Manage portfolio to achieve targets.
Analyze portfolio and prepare pricing in the pricing tool; coordinate with departments.
Develop cross-selling by promoting value-added services.

🎯 Requirements

Secondary vocational education
At least 6 months of B2B client experience
Excellent command of Croatian and English (spoken and written)
Strong sense of responsibility, motivation, and results-oriented mindset
Analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
