Account Manager, Mid Market

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and issues
• Become an expert on Airwallex Spend Management product
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering, Product, and teams for onboarding
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand clients' use, driving cross-sell and upsell
• Conduct structured business reviews (QBRs) delivering data-driven insights and action plans

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in account management, partnerships or sales in fintech or high-growth SaaS
• Strong understanding of spend management products (cards, expenses, AP, procure-to-pay, automation)
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
• Experience across payment products (spend management, FX, cards, treasury) or cross-border platforms
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau) and forecasting tools
