Account Manager Mid Market - Trade Credit Insurance

📋 Description

• Maintain relationships with existing clients
• Expand business volumes and provide consultations
• Manage assigned client portfolio and ensure high service quality
• Oversee contract renewals and lead negotiations
• Advise clients on trade credit insurance and risk management
• Ensure high client satisfaction with complete fulfillment of needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales or customer service or similar
• Experience in banks, insurance, or credit collection desirable
• Knowledge of Credit Insurance advantageous
• Professional Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
• University degree in Economics or related field
• Motivated, customer-oriented mindset
