Account Manager, Minerals and Nutrients

📋 Description

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies and action plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify priority customer segments and high-potential accounts to maximize growth opportunities.
• Achieve sales, revenue, profitability, and budget targets.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and convert new leads into long-term business
• Expand sales of existing and new Minerals and Nutrients products to increase market penetration and
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative, customer-focused selling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, a technical discipline, or a related field.
• At least five years of professional sales experience.
• Demonstrated sales success in the food and beverage, human nutrition, vitamins, minerals, and
• An established professional network within food and beverage, VMS, or dietary supplements, with the
• Proven experience developing customer accounts, strengthening commercial relationships, and
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
