Account Manager — New Business & Closing (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Manage qualified opportunities from initial discovery through solution development, proposal
• Understand each prospect's business model, target audience, commercial priorities, customer
• Demonstrate how loyalty currencies, including airline miles and reward points, can help businesses
• Deliver compelling sales presentations, prepare customized proposals, address objections, negotiate
• Establish clear next steps, engage relevant stakeholders, follow up consistently, and proactively
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, qualify opportunities objectively, track deal progression

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of relevant B2B sales experience, with a demonstrated track record of
• Experience selling on the provider side of the loyalty, CRM, or marketing industry, such as within
• Proven ability to manage opportunities independently from discovery and qualification through
• Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses, managing multiple opportunities
• Ability to explain loyalty programmes in straightforward business terms and connect proposed
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to
