📋 Description

• Develop and execute call strategy to boost referrals in the region.
• Report progress to Regional VP of Operations and VP of Sales.
• Build relationships with customers and community leaders in the region.
• Present company information, services, and outcomes data to partners.
• Use reporting and data tools to convey quality and clinical excellence.
• Identify publicity opportunities and coordinate community events.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience.
• 2+ years in sales/marketing to physicians, offices, employers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Manage multiple priorities; adaptable and self-starter.
• Confident and persuasive in guiding the sales process.
• Build relationships with customers and community leaders.
