📋 Description

  • Lead sales and business development strategy for Open RAN across Africa.
  • Build, manage, and convert a strong telecom sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
  • Own the full sales cycle: qualification, coordination, proposal development, negotiation, closure.
  • Expand market share and strengthen Africa's telecom presence.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with MNOs, telecom operators, and partners.
  • Collaborate with the MEA sales team for regional alignment.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of telecommunications sales in mobile networks or infrastructure.
  • 3+ years direct Africa/MEA regional sales with established relationships.
  • Proven success closing enterprise deals with MNOs and telecom operators.
  • Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile network technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Bsc) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience selling Open RAN / O-RAN solutions.
