  • Lead sales and business development for Open RAN across Africa.
  • Build and convert a strong telecom sales pipeline to hit revenue targets.
  • Own full sales cycle: qualification, coordination, proposals, negotiation, closure.
  • Expand market share and regional presence within Africa's telecom ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with MNOs, operators, and partners.
  • Support customer field engagements and oversee new customer acquisition and account expansion.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years of telecom sales experience, preferably in mobile networks or infrastructure.
  • 3+ years direct Africa/MEA regional sales experience with established relationships.
  • Proven success closing enterprise deals with MNOs and telecom operators.
  • Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G mobile network technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or equivalent qualification.
