📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with customer decision-makers and stakeholders across regions.
• Act as a strategic partner, providing expert advice on Viseven's full portfolio and recommending
• Develop and execute mid- and long-term account strategies, including growth, upselling and
• Manage account profitability, annual and quarterly budget planning, and financial performance.
• Oversee initiatives and projects across the portfolio, ensuring activities remain on track and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management / Customer Success / Sales in a B2B environment (SaaS
• Proven experience managing enterprise client portfolios with account budget planning and P&L
• Strong client engagement skills with the ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.
• Project and account management capabilities, with a focus on driving outcomes and coordinating
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and digital transformation trends is a plus.
