📋 Description

• Take end-to-end commercial ownership of an assigned property portfolio, analyzing revenue
• Build strong, long-term relationships with property owners through regular account reviews
• Monitor account health, identify early warning signs of owner dissatisfaction or potential churn
• Lead data-driven discussions with property owners, explain performance trends, recommend pricing
• Identify opportunities to improve property performance, expand existing accounts, and increase
• Act as the main link between property owners and internal teams, including operations, guest

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing a portfolio of clients or accounts, with direct responsibility for
• Strong understanding of commercial performance indicators and confidence working with revenue
• Experience monitoring account health, identifying at-risk clients, implementing retention
• Ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, develop actionable recommendations, and
• Excellent relationship management skills and the confidence to lead challenging or commercially
