Account Manager / Sales

📋 Description

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular contact and personalized
• Understand clients' business goals and technology requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Lead negotiations to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM software and sales automation tools to track interactions, manage pipelines, and follow
• Conduct outbound calls, warm calling, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support client

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales or inside sales within a B2B environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on deal closing and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Hubspot is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales technology adoption, sales automation technologies, and call center
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; ability to effectively
• Background in technology sales or technical sales experience preferred; knowledge of CRM software
