Account Manager - SMB

📋 Description

• Own the overall relationship with your portfolio in our fastest-growing segment
• Build relationships with the C-Suite and Product teams to retain and grow revenue
• Own revenue targets, identify/close upsell opportunities, and lead contract renewals
• Help customers integrate and launch on Plaid
• Solve complex customer challenges through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Risk, Legal, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Business Operations

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of relationship management and sales experience
• Customer empathy and desire to see customers succeed
• Desire to get technical and learn Plaid's APIs
• Some familiarity in financial services and technical products; curiosity
• Excited to work in a high-growth environment and help build processes/tools
• Executive level communication skills - written and verbal
