Account Manager - SMB

📋 Description

• Own the relationship with your portfolio in our fastest growing segment
• Build relationships with C-Suite and Product teams to retain and grow revenue
• Own revenue targets; close upsell opportunities and lead renewals negotiations
• Help customers integrate and launch on Plaid
• Solve complex challenges by cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Risk, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Ops

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in relationship management and sales
• Customer empathy and desire to see customers succeed
• Desire to learn Plaid's APIs
• Some familiarity in financial services and technical products; high curiosity
• Strong sales experience (negotiation/value-selling)
• Executive level communication skills - written and verbal
