🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Account Management or Client Strategy at a performance marketing or UGC agency.
• Deep understanding of paid social (Meta & TikTok mechanics, hold rates, performance levers).
• Track record of growing client accounts and closing retainer renewals.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
