🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Account Management or Client Strategy at a performance/UGC agency.
• Deep understanding of paid social landscape (Meta & TikTok mechanics, hooks, hold rates).
• Proven track record of growing client accounts and closing retainer renewals.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with elite presentation skills.
