Account Manager Trainee

📋 Description

• Support customer inquiries and address needs.
• Manage account setup and service delivery from creation to payment tracking.
• Confirm MD quotation and notify customers of booking changes.
• Support AMs during meetings with team members locally and abroad.
• Perform audits of reports.
• Follow up with customers for payment collection.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Relations or related field.
• English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong multitasking and time management.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• 1+ year of ops or customer service experience is a plus.
