Account Manager (Turkmen-speaking)

📋 Description

• Manage an assigned portfolio of clients, including newly funded, active, less active, inactive, and
• Receive client handovers from the Sales team after the first deposit, reviewing client needs
• Maintain regular contact via phone, email, and approved messaging channels, with clear contact
• Monitor changes in client activity, understand the reasons behind reduced engagement, and address
• Reconnect with inactive clients, understand their current needs, and identify appropriate
• Provide personalised service to VIP clients and explain available benefits and account conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, retention, or VIP client management within a fintech
• Experience working with clients from Turkmenistan and understanding their common needs
• Proven ability to manage a client portfolio, build long-term relationships, and meet retention or
• Good communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Turkmen, with good written and spoken Russian and basic English
• Understanding of financial products, account conditions, and digital platforms
