📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end client engagement for Wing Assistant
• Coordinate with ATS systems to match candidate skillsets
• Conduct discovery calls and present Wing's value to clients
• Close deals quickly and formalize in Discord/JRF
• Maintain candidate bench by role, industry, and availability
• Ensure smooth onboarding and post-close alignment

🎯 Requirements

• Outbound/discovery experience to close deals
• Recruiting or sourcing with same-day turnaround
• Live-call improvisation and quick briefing (10–15 min)
• Fast, responsive workflow; minutes-driven pace
• Onsite work in Makati; CRM systems experience a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
