Account Receivable Clerk (Collections)

📋 Description

• Manage AR collections activities, including reviewing aging reports, following up on overdue
• Support general AR operations, including billing follow-up, cash application, account
• Review customer accounts, payment terms, credit holds, payment history, outstanding balances, and
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, unapplied payments, duplicate invoices
• Process and support AR credits, including credit memos, invoice adjustments, write-offs, rebills
• Coordinate cross-functional AR projects with internal stakeholders by clarifying ownership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Billing, Finance Operations, Credit, or a related
• Strong understanding of AR collections, aging reports, customer follow-up, payment disputes, credit
• Working knowledge of general AR operations, including invoicing, cash application, account
• Knowledge of AR credits, including credit memos, invoice corrections, adjustments, rebills
• Project management knowledge and experience, including building project plans, tracking
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify discrepancies, missing information
