Manage billing schedules and milestone billing.
Issue tax invoices.
Post and apply daily customer receipts.
Reconcile undeposited funds, clearing accounts, and customer deposits.
Investigate and resolve unapplied cash and short payments.

🎯 Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
Solid understanding of standard AR workflows, debit/credit mechanics, and revenue timing.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data
Fresh graduates are welcome.
