Account Representative

📋 Description

• Manage and strategically service an assigned portfolio of delinquent commercial loan accounts.
• Conduct proactive, high-impact outreach to negotiate realistic repayment structures, debt workouts
• Utilize advanced skip-tracing tools and investigative techniques to locate hard-to-reach accounts
• Leverage Salesforce CRM and specialized Credit & Collections software to track portfolio
• Uncover the root causes of financial delinquency and deliver creative, custom-tailored repayment
• Partner closely with internal risk, operations, and compliance teams to ensure strategies meet both

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven success in collections, credit resolution, or financial services.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and specialized Credit & Collections software.
• Strong MS Excel skills to organize, filter, and analyze portfolio metrics.
• Hands-on expertise in outbound collection calling and skip-tracing methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, high-stakes negotiation, active listening, and conflict resolution
