Account Representative - Healthcare EDI Software

📋 Description

• Serve as primary contact for healthcare clients (hospitals, physician practices).
• Support software setup, implementation, and daily operations of electronic claims processing
• Train client staff on product functionality and workflows.
• Review reports, investigate billing activity to identify trends and issues.
• Research unpaid/rejected claims with payers to resolve payment issues.
• Present relevant products and capabilities to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate or equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience or knowledge in medical billing, healthcare claims processing, or EDI.
• Strong customer service & relationship-building skills; professional communication.
• Detail-oriented, investigative, analytical approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to review reports, identify patterns, and determine next steps.
• Strong multitasking and organization for remote work; ability to manage competing priorities.
