• Actively prospect new business via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and meetings.
• Sell FTL, Intermodal, and other logistics services.
• Manage existing clients to increase bookings, margins, and satisfaction.
• Identify decision makers and present Loadsmart’s value proposition.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Refine sales skills through role play, feedback, and data analysis.
