Account Services Officer - Bacoor Branch

📋 Description

• Customer onboarding and KYC due diligence
• Open and maintain customer accounts in Core Banking System (CBS)
• Verify identities, validate information, and conduct signature verification
• Manage documents: copies, retention, passbooks, chequebooks
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Ensure regulatory compliance with BSP, AMLC, PDIC, and BIR

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Banking & Finance or related Business Course
• At least 3 years of banking experience
• Strong knowledge of teller services or branch operations
• Sufficient knowledge of BSP regulations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
