📋 Description

• Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with assigned Geotab customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Employ a consultative approach to identify and unlock opportunities for account expansion.
• Analyze customer usage patterns and data to recommend tailored solutions that maximize the value
• Address intricate issues, coordinate cross-functional resources, and ensure seamless service

🎯 Requirements

• A post-secondary diploma or degree, or equivalent experience; a specialization in business
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year as an individual contributor in a
• Technical sales experience is required; telematics experience is an asset.
• Experience developing customer relationships and accounts, with the diplomacy and judgment to
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Google Workspace applications such as Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
