• Review and evaluate delinquent, high-risk, and written-off accounts to identify collection and
• Build rapport with customers, understand their financial needs, and provide informed guidance on
• Manage customer interactions from initial contact through resolution, including inquiries
• Develop action plans and negotiate solutions that maximize recovery, minimize losses, and protect
• Analyze account data and information to assess collection probability, identify trends, and provide
• Handle complex or escalated customer situations with professionalism, escalating unresolved issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, combined with a post-secondary degree in a related
• Knowledge of consumer collections, credit qualifications, and the laws and regulations governing
• Good knowledge of financial products and services, as well as awareness of competitive market
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex or sensitive
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to evaluate account
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with customers
