Account Specialist, Urology – Phoenix, AZ

📋 Description

• Promote a product to meet/exceed sales goals in community/private practices as well as
• Identify/uncover customer needs (training, clinical, operational, reimbursement) and address with
• Provide education and clinical/injection training for residents, fellows, and other key hospital
• Expert delivery of anatomical/procedural information and training, with emphasis on therapeutic
• Effectively utilize sales and data resources to enhance productivity and growth of AbbVie products
• Collaborate with other Account Specialists to promote products for approved indications and execute

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or related field preferred; relevant industry
• Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products (preferred in health systems and
• Ability to lift/pull training models (25–100 lb) and meet hospital credentialing/vaccination
• Valid driver’s license and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Willingness to travel for territory coverage and training events.
• Documented success in clinical/technical/consultative sales with multiple decision makers
