📋 Description

• Support Account Managers and Customers: Act as the main point of contact for Enterprise and
• Customer & Shipment Management: Cable orders, open shipment queries, and replacements. Work
• RMA (Return Merchandise Authorizations): DRI for all customer RMA requests with serial numbers
• Quoting and Sales Support: Provide hands-on assistance with the quoting process and CPQ (Configure
• Process Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Fulfillment, and
• Documentation & Systems Management: Ensure all customer and order information is meticulously
