Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounting for German legal entities
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and review accounts
• Process supplier payments and bank transfers
• Prepare German VAT and payroll tax filings
• Assist with HGB annual financial statements and audits

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years accounting experience with HGB and German tax
• Experience in software, technology, or SaaS industry
• Solid understanding of accrual accounting and closing
• Practical knowledge of German VAT and payroll tax
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluency in German and English
