📋 Description

• Manage entertainment royalty revenue accounting — calculate, classify, and record entertainment
• Keep track of participation and residual payments and report on them. Prepare guarantee statements
• Support the close and controls by completing month-end and quarter-end close tasks. Prepare
• Cultivate continual advancement in your work — consistently detect manual, repetitive, or unstable
• Support the broader royalty function — help with royalty accounting, reconciliations, and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or proven experience; moving toward cross-functional experience
• 1-3 years of accounting experience, including internships; public accounting and/or public company
• A genuine bias toward continuous improvement includes concrete examples from a job, internship, or
• Familiarity with US GAAP and internal controls / ServiceBayes-Oxley principles; experience with
• Adaptability and curiosity with systems and technology, and eagerness to use tools to work more
• Experience in reviewing contracts, along with familiarity with entertainment, media, or licensing
