Bookkeeping for Hawk Group (Hawk GmbH and subsidiaries)
Accounts receivable: post invoices, reconcile, monitor open items and cash receipts
Accounts payable: process/review supplier invoices and approvals
Bank & payments: post bank transactions and reconcile; execute payments
GL reconciliations and financial reporting: balance sheets, budgets, and monthly reports
Ad-Hoc reports and projects: generate reports and support projects

🎯 Requirements

3-5 years in bookkeeping/accounting, fast-paced environment
Well-organised, structured thinker; reliable and motivated
Responsible, flexible, and goal-oriented
Detailed knowledge of finance systems/ERPs
Very good MS Excel skills
Excellent English; comfortable in international environment (German a plus)
