📋 Description

• Maintain general ledger and ensure nonprofit accounting standards.
• Code transactions in a multi-dimensional chart of accounts.
• Support close processes and assist audits.
• Reconcile bank & credit card statements; resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable cycle and corporate card expenses.
• Salary range: $64,000-$72,000.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of related accounting experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online/Intuit Enterprise.
• Comfort with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for workflows.
• GAAP knowledge and strong communication.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.
