Accountant

📋 Description

• Manage full AR lifecycle with customers and sales teams.
• Assist month-end close and revenue recognition in Blackline.
• Manage monthly contract billing, GL accounts, and deferrals.
• Perform daily AR cash receipts and reconciliations.
• Prepare credit memos and obtain required approvals.
• Support audits and tax schedules; assist system improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA in accounting, finance, or relevant field
• 3–5 years AR or general accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with accounting analyses and reporting
• CPA or professional certification is a plus
• Experience with SaaS/subscription billing a plus
