📋 Description

• Own daily banking activity — performing bank reconciliations and recording journal entries with a
• Drive our Accounts Payable payment process end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and
• Review Concur expense reports for policy compliance.
• Responsible for the month-end and quarter-end close, including preparing expense accruals
• Maintain our Fixed Asset Module in NetSuite and keep fixed asset records accurate and current.
• Prepare and file annual Form 1099s, ensuring timely, accurate compliance with IRS requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• A proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and organizational skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
