Accountant (Account Receivables/Collections)

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end collection activities for assigned customer accounts.
• Review aging reports and identify overdue invoices for follow-up.
• Follow up with customers via calls, emails, and other channels to collect payments.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure proper allocation of incoming payments.
• Monitor unapplied cash and overdue balances; track collection trends.
• Prepare periodic reports on collections performance and dispute status.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in Collections, AR, Credit Control, or O2C.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting system.
• Strong AR/collections, aging analysis, and reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in NetSuite, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
