🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of management-level accounting, with at least 3 in public accounting.
• Proven track record managing multiple client engagements to deadlines.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and advisory communication.
• Proficiency with modern accounting technologies and digital collaboration tools.
