🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on accounting experience: practical GL and AP/P2P experience, solid fundamentals in journal
• Accounting standards & VAT: working knowledge of HGB or IFRS, understand invoice requirements
• AI & automation mindset: excited to experiment with AI, build better workflows, and validate
• Systems & spreadsheet skills: confident using spreadsheets and accounting systems, strong
• Ownership & reliability: take responsibility for daily operations, follow through on commitments
• Clear communication: communicate effectively in English, collaborate well across teams
