Accountant

📋 Description

• Own AR/AP and banking activities that keep cash flowing and vendor relationships strong, processing
• Support and gradually own month-end close processes toward becoming predictable and smooth
• Assist with and learn revenue billing to ensure invoices go out accurately and on time, supporting
• Prepare reconciliations (balance sheet, bank, intercompany) that give the business confidence in
• Support new global entity setups as Radiant expands into new jurisdictions, working with the Senior
• Collaborate across finance and operations to understand the business behind the transactions

🎯 Requirements

• Part-qualified or actively working towards a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA
• Experience in accounting or finance, ideally in a fast-paced or multi-entity environment where
• Solid accounting systems knowledge, strong Excel skills and comfort picking up new tools quickly.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, you catch errors before they become problems and take
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, you can investigate discrepancies and resolve them
• Clear communication and collaborative approach, you work well with the Senior Accountant
