📋 Description

• Full ownership of the books across all US entities in QuickBooks Online and the India entity in
• Reconciling the past 3 years of records: backtracking all invoices paid to date, identifying
• Tracking and managing all incoming and outgoing invoices across entities, including
• Accounts payable end to end: knowing exactly which payments are due, to whom, and when
• Intercompany transactions and reconciliation between the US and India entities
• Consolidation of books of accounts between holding companies and subsidiaries

🎯 Requirements

• 4 to 8 years of full-cycle accounting experience across both India and US books. That means not
• Deep proficiency in QuickBooks Online (non-negotiable)
• Strong working knowledge of Tally
• Hands-on experience handling India statutory payroll compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, PT) yourself, not
• Experience in managing accounts and consolidation for multiple entities simultaneously
• Obsessive attention to detail: you don’t miss large entries, and you don’t miss small ones either
